Review on Seriallink SLK E900 Industrial Cellular Supported by Jesse Diaz

The instructions are as simple as it gets, they don't touch anything about USB tty in the cellular area. The device works with AT&T in the US, but you have to literally look up the AP{N. Just use "BroadBband". As evidenced by AT&T's 6 hour tech support and various troubleshooting methods, they don't know how to set up anything other than a cell phone. Cannot be used with 3g and 4g although recording conforms to AT&T 3g and 4g specifications. The device looks well designed and well put together. good workmanship and form/function of the assembly. The software interface and manual make it difficult to set up. Changed from 2 stars to 5 stars for the dedication of the SerialLink support staff and the aggressive response of the tech support in trying to get this to work. Support emailed Q&A, today they logged in and tested remotely. It turned out to be a bad SIM card or a bad APN. After replacing the SIM card, I found that APN dat Only Devices is "Broadband" on AT&T. Surprisingly, none of the tech support knew about it. Very impressed with the support for the working product and in particular the serial connection support. Definitely a 5 star establishment.
