
To be honest I thought it was a waste of money. BUT! I was wrong! I made cheesecloth for my almond milk and while it worked, it still wasn't smooth and silky enough. I finally decided to spend money on this and how glad I am that I did! After pouring my blended milk into the pouch above the bowl, I gather the top, invert it a bit and start squeezing lightly, the end product is silky smooth with no grain and I end up with the driest almond paste I've ever had too added to any muffin or quick bread recipe. Excellent goods.
