It took some patience to adjust the orthosis properly but once I had it I put it on. with shorter strides and I can already feel the difference. The massage ball is simply SUPER! I really appreciate that it includes arch supports that help relieve pain throughout the day. We justify a very affordable price for less than an additional paid orthopedic visit!
