I am 5ft, 160#, medium bust. I always expect a bad fit with at least one piece. I bought the large and it fits perfectly. I don't usually leave reviews unless the product exceeded expectations or isn't worth junk. But since the size can be annoying, I thought I'd share it. It was wrong. I would take women's size 12-16. Unfortunately I can't give an exact size because women's pant sizes suck. But maybe all this information will help you if you have a similar body. When I ride a recumbent, the shirt goes up. Keeps me warm and not bulky. Good quality material and cut. Basically everything is as described.
