Updated 5/26/2021 After a long time and many emails I was able to get help from the seller and they decided to send me a new pair. They were polite and helpful and willing to work with me which was great. After talking for a while they said that they realized the issues I was having were not normal and that they would be willing to pay shipping so I could send mine back and get a new pair. I've tried everything I've tried with the old ones and the new ones work great compared to them. Now I can hear my computer's system sounds and communicate with my applications at the same time. Note that this device shows up as two devices in my audio settings. To work correctly with Discord, all audio channels, including system audio, must be set to "Headset (PowerLocus MoonFly Hands-Free AG Audio)", which has a lower overall sound quality than "Headphones (PowerLocus MoonFlyStereo)". )". By correct I mean that with these settings the caller hears me, I hear the caller and I hear system sounds like YouTube. Please note that the first pair I got doesn't work properly in this context the combination of settings so I'm very happy with this new pair Overall the headphones are good I really like them around my neck when I need to take them off, this is more than compensated for by their light weight and generally good audio quality , I have to subtract half a star for the worse audio quality when using Discord and my computer via the headset channel (PowerLocus MoonFly Hands-Free AG Audio )", and I have to wonder why this channel exists. I think it can be useful if you want the system to shut down immediately and completely I made a sound when you are on the phone, but I prefer to do it with just the mouse. There are other ways to turn off the sound, and I prefer other ways. Overall I would rate these 4.5/5 stars. Original Rating: Works great with my phone, very nice. When the wind isn't blowing, I hear people, and people hear me on calls. The noise reduction works fine for me, turning it on results in some white noise but that doesn't bother me. This may be a five star product, but I can't get the microphone to work at the same time as my computer's speakers. I can literally hear them when I turn on the mic. If I try to listen to YouTube and zoom at the same time with the microphone on, all I hear is zoom. In Discord, regardless of a combination of settings, I can't get the microphone to work and I still can't hear anything from the computer, including the caller I'm speaking to. That is very strange. I tried to contact the seller but they stopped answering me when I fully explained the problem. The only way to use them as wireless headphones and chat on my computer is to use a different microphone instead. These are bananas. I've owned and operated Windows machines, built my own computer, installed Ubuntu and got it running with Steam and controllers (it took a bit of learning to program it), upgraded my own laptops, soldered wired headphones together, and used slightly different headsets before I found out how to get them working, I know more than just the basics of using and repairing computers. Whatever is going on with these headphones can't be fixed with a simple Google search. I want to say that I am not technically illiterate. I don't know why all other sounds are muted when the mic is on, I'll change this review when I find out. Or if the seller or manufacturer ever contacts me and helps me fix the problem. If I had known I couldn't solve this problem I would have sent the headphones back. Whatever the case, I'll just have to settle for using them primarily with my phone and find another set to save for my desktop use. If you know how to solve this problem, please help.
