Yes, good. Since I picked up this watch out of personal curiosity, I didn't care what heartfelt message was engraved on the case back. Luckily everything was well made so I don't have to worry about splinters. On the important side I am very satisfied. The dial is darker than I thought and without a light source combined with the black hands and markers it can be difficult to read in dim or darker conditions. The case itself is made from lightweight ebony with a flexible leather strap.
