Parts are not working properly

Two reels are not working properly, causing the iRobot Roomba 600 Series Pet to stall with an 'Open reel bin' error. I replaced the original rollers and the Roomba I preach is fine. I was able to replace one of the triple brushes and the filter. But the reels themselves don't work properly.
