I love that it is easy for my team members in Italy, Spain or France who are not familiar with English as we all communicate using Google translation (it works very well). Sometimes you have an error when trying out new forms / functionality so if this happens go back until everything seems OK again before saving changes! Our entire accounting department has become more efficient since implementing KSP into our daily workflow; time saved by being able/willing help each other where needed without having someone from HQ over their shoulder constantly checking things twice like they used too do during paper times!!
