Already fitted and returned by someone else

There were greasy black fingerprints on the box that contained the throttle body. When the box was opened, the label that said 'HITACHI Non Refundable if Removed' was cut off and was lying on the bottom of the box. There are greasy fingerprints all over the throttle body itself, and there are signs that someone else installed this part in their engine. not happy that they sent me a potentially broken and definitely used part.
