I buy bikes and then don't use them and had to ask myself why. The answer was that they were too similar to PITA to work with, so I did something about it and bought a bike repair stand. I chose it over the cheaper blue ones because this design has a 360* rotating quick release clamp on the top tube rather than just a knob that slips under the weight load. So far, so good. The main clamp is incredibly easy to use and doesn't tie up exposed cables on the bike's top tube, which is an issue. It also holds up well to the thick down tube. The whole thing wobbles and creaks a little when cranked, but it would be unwise not to expect it, and nothing has come loose after a few uses. Lightweight and folds small for storage and carrying. I like it! No more working with upside down bikes! Or NOT working on bikes at all! I bought it for only $56 so Merry Christmas!
