If you want to use them for concepts, soap, dry keeping or temporary fridge storage, that's fine. You are attractive too. That's the only reason they didn't get a star. I bought them specifically for canning. It seems to have thought that these are ordinary glasses for the mouth. First, it's hard to tell if they're airtight. Second, they don't close well. Third, when you try to seal them with lids and tape, about 10 percent of them don't close. These are the cans themselves, not the lids. They don't accept screw caps properly. So it's not worth the risk and with poor quality control it's not worth the money if you want canned them.
