Awesome! The best shower head I've ever had. (I also tried the 10 inch version but it was too big for my shower). I installed a 7" shower extension with a 15" brushed nickel shower extension from Supershowers.com (also a great product) and the combination was great for me. I removed the water saver inside to increase flow and it still worked great. creates the feeling of a gentle waterfall. But if you have good pressure, you don't need to take it off, and the water flow is still great. The shower head is heavy and comes with a retaining ring that you attach after installing the shower head to protect the case. It is very high quality, durable and a well made item. The surface is really pretty and very easy to clean. I also love that you can tilt it with the hinge. You owe this luxury to yourself!
