Easy to use and shape. After pouring it (seconds not minutes like others) I had to downsize a bit due to my small mouth size. Comfortable to sleep all night. What impressed me the most was that I took it to the dentist's office to show the dentist. (My dental office is a tech wonderland with the latest equipment.) I thought this would be a temporary solution for me while the "real" mouthguard was being made, but was surprised and saved me about $500. My dentist said that this do-it-yourself mouthguard is good and you should keep using it. He checked the bite and how it fits and how the molars work with it. I will definitely buy it again. (My dog ate the very first one so be careful)
