When baby #3 first walked we had to fit bumpers around some sharp corners of the house again. For the two previous children, we simply used standard corner bumpers that you can get in the children's department of any larger store. The fairy is efficient but bulky and ugly, like a clever metaphor I can't think of. This is the best I've found in seven years. Can't comment on long-term durability as I only installed them today, but they look good and blend better with the table than the ones we've used in the past. But perhaps the best part is that the adhesive comes PRE-INSTALLED. No cutting out the strips and sticking them onto the pads and THEN sticking the pads onto the corners - these things were peeled off and stuck on. That fact alone makes them better than most bumpers. Pros: Silicone - Children can't bite off a piece. The glue is preinstalled. You don't have to cut the ribbon yourself. Good size - big enough that I'm not worried about choking if a child takes them off. Not too wide - offers enough protection in the corner without being too bulky.
