They sent me a set of chair legs that were worn out. The "feet" of the legs were already worn down to the metal frame. Judging by the frame of the legs, even if I got these chairs new, over time the chairs would scratch my floor as the upholstery wears down - so be careful when maintaining your floors! They also sent me a broken screw on a bolt. The seat itself looked good and beautiful on the outside. But they were very stiff and not the most comfortable of chairs. I'm sending this back so I can't comment on the durability of the chairs but something tells me they will lose their shape very quickly. Overall very bad quality. This is one of those products where you get what you pay for.
