This product is moisturizing and odorless which is great. I can absolutely say that my skin is smoother and retains moisture, but I don't know if this is related to this product. dr Dray mentioned that the acid in this product works synergistically with hyaluronic acid to help you stay hydrated, which I think is true. Licorice root is said to be good for PIH discoloration, but I've never had a problem breaking up dark spots. It is a smooth gel that is applied with a dropper. It feels very good on the skin and spreads evenly, however I personally can't attest to any noticeable difference using this product and have used it almost completely. It doesn't hurt but I'll see how my skin manages without it before I buy it again. If you need skin smoothing or increased hydration I would recommend this. For fading tracks I would suggest skipping it and using a stronger asset. UPDATE: I finished the L1 effector, so I haven't used it in about ten days. I notice a difference. My skin isn't as radiant, dewy and hydrated without this product. I buy.
