I rarely write reviews but I had to because I came to buy another one (after 6 years of GREAT use) and I see people slandering this AMAZING hard drive. Content Creator (Vlogger) on Facebook and YouTube and with it make many videos, store and access many files. I travel a lot. International and I live in an RV full time. This hard drive has traveled Africa, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Mexico. It was in my backpack, at the international checkout, in my purse, on my laptop, and in the cross-country assembly bays. I don't abuse the device but it took a few hits and was TRUE. FULL OF FAITH! I'm using it instead of a PC hard drive (because PC hard drives fail. But not this one!) I'm buying a new one because the BIOS drivers on my new PC failed during the transfer and corrupted this drive. I'm doing a data recovery and you know what? The files are STILL HERE! I need a new drive to transfer my precious files while formatting the old drive for reuse) and I'm here again to see people badmouthing this amazing drive?! Not on my watch! I dropped it, it hit the walls of cafe tables. It fell (and held on to the USB cable without damaging my computer, shorting it out, or loosening it in any way!). I have lost files with other drives before. I know how fragile they can be. That's why I'm writing this review, to advise anyone who is wondering what to buy and doesn't know who's complained or who's too impressionable. You get to choose who you want to listen to, but let me tell you, I stream live broadcasts all over the world with this hard drive, it accesses files without lag or lag and it can withstand international travel, drops and bumps. this is MY WORD! I don't know these other commenters (or if they work for the contest) but I know MYSELF! (I am a public figure). And I'm telling you, this hard drive is LEGAL! I entrust my work videos and family photos to this drive. Boom!
