This arrived on the first day of the expected delivery dates. I live on the second floor of an apartment building, so getting the 2 boxes upstairs was really the biggest challenge. I opted to unbox it outside and carried the parts up and it worked great. It took me about 10 to 15 minutes to set up, no tools required as promised. The faux leather is soft and supple. The cushions, both seating and back are excellent. I am reveling in it's awesomeness as I type lol. I have only had it about 4 hours. I would love to say I had no complaints and everything was perfect, but as you can see in the picture, the ottoman has a tiny hole on one corner. Other than that I am well pleased so far. If the material holds up well over time, I would buy it again. It feels so much more compact than my old couch. My tables around the old couch all had to be pulled closer to be within easy reach of the new one. Though there is adequate space to seat up to 4 athletically built people. I hope to be able to enjoy it for a long time.
