the batteries work fine they were even a little charged i. Don't buy Chinese items due to lack of quality control and defective products, but I couldn't find a US made battery so it was either a battery or a whole phone. I think all the phones are also made in China so I went with the lesser of two evils and I'm surprised the batteries work great and the wood knock works better than the ones that came with the phone. I hope I never have to buy them again but if I ever do buy them again.
