Review on Phanteks Pressure Radiator Cooling PH F140MP_BK_PWM by Mike Rice

I didn't need a static pressure fan but I wanted a fan with white blades to check the brightness with Phanteks Halos versus a black bladed fan and it was actually one of the cheaper options, so it made sense to do this way. I know purists will yell about me using it as an exhaust fan, but you should probably calm down if you get that out of this review. I know it's optimized for heatsinks, but it works just as well, and considering the airflow fan is $5 more, it made sense. The fan is very quiet, and since it works with PWM, the speed can be easily controlled via UEFI or software. like AI Suite as I use it. I keep the speed relatively low during normal operation as it's too difficult to increase (also I aim for positive air pressure so my intakes are pushing more air than my exhaust fans are expelling). It's very well built, and while my PC is overall very quiet when idling, this fan doesn't seem to make much noise even under load. On the other hand, the stock fans on my NZXT X62 Kraken are absurdly loud, so it's hard to judge how loud this fan actually is. Overall it did its job in my Halos testing and is now a rear exhaust fan. I would recommend it, although I would probably still go with Noctua if I actually put new fans on my AIO.
