Works great with diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

I have a 1999 BMW 528i. Device in slot, turn key to 2nd position when all dashboard lights are on. Approach this connected device and press OIL for 5 seconds, then the green light will be on. Hold until the green light turns off. Then press the INSP button for 5 seconds. In my case, the yellow light didn't go out, but the oil change reset and green streaks reappeared on the dashboard. Great device.
