My son loves all Pokemon. He was given this light for Christmas and it worked great for a few months before it was taken off the table. Pikachu's ear is broken. I glued it back on and put it back on but it hung again and broke the other ear. When I remembered this Pikachu just falling on the carpet, I was a little upset. After about 3 months the cable at the charging port broke and could no longer work unless batteries were used. The batteries only lasted 2 nights so that wasn't bad. We ended up buying a second lantern because it's our son's favorite. We have a longer cord so it doesn't get snagged as often, but it fell over once and broke again. This would be a great gift for an older child who won't be running around the house because of rudeness, but it's not the best gift for young children who want to look at it often.
