Cheap, its a fan, its loud
I bought this to replace the loud PSU fan in my Voxelab Aquila hoping to be a bit quieter. It didn't make much of a difference if any at all. If you are looking at this fan for this specific reason, look elsewhere. I know it doesn't say "quiet" anywhere, but I'm docking a star for just how loud this fan is.

- These failed almost a week after use. Noisy from the start and of obvious poor quality.Junk.
