Overall good program but could improve greatly
The best part about this software is that it can be used to operate your fleet in an efficient manner, allowing you to save time by automating manual processes. I dislike how there are some functions that don't have any customization options available which makes them difficult to use without proper training or understanding of what buttons do exactly. It also doesn’t allow multiple users to access the same database simultaneously. When logging out of my personal account (which has different information than my work login) it would not log me back into my main account until I restarted the application. This was extremely frustrating since our entire fleet was logged off when someone left the office so they had no way of getting their job done while we waited for support to help us get back online! After implementing the system at my previous employer we saw significant improvement in overall efficiency with the fleet. We were able to identify issues faster than before and solve problems more quickly as well improving the quality and.
