Review on Bluerise by Kevin Cheek

I have no choice but to concur with the prior reviewer's criticisms of Bluerise. My interactions with this organization have been nothing but frustrating throughout. I would not recommend them. When it eventually arrived, the piece of exercise equipment that I had ordered from Bluerise turned out to be of a quality that was unacceptably low. The apparatus had a feeling of cheapness and flimsiness to it, and it did not operate as claimed. The customer support personnel at Bluerise did not respond to my messages or offer any assistance when I attempted to contact them to voice my dissatisfaction. They would not provide a refund for the faulty item and would not even swap it out for a product that was functional. Bluerise, as a whole, left me with the impression that I had been taken advantage of and frustrated. This is not a business that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase high-quality sporting goods or fitness equipment. There are a multitude of other service providers available, many of which provide superior goods and more dependable assistance to customers.
