The team was very flexible, accommodating our needs as we planned out this wedding from scratch with no vendor support available to us in Germany! Great experience working directly w/ them (as opposed to via intermediaries). They were great about communicating timelines throughout the planning process - which kept everything moving along nicely. We will definitely use their services again if needed! Nothing so far that I can think of specifically -- they are professional AND friendly at all times!! Our biggest challenge thusfar has been finding vendors who understand German business practices when it comes time to sign contracts etc., but once you find those people your relationship becomes much more fluid :) As stated previously, being able to work collaboratively without having someone else translate or interpret made things go smoothly overall!! Planning my own wedding had me stressed before, now i'm excitedly looking forward to sharing every detail together :D.
