Review on 🔧 CMT 663 004 11 Diameter for Spoilboard Surfacing by Steven Ali

I am insane about this attachment which appears to be excellent quality at a very reasonable price Bought it so I could use it in my 1/2" router. Realizing that a 1/2" (12.7mm) collet will NOT grip a 12mm bit, I turned to CMC and Makita. CMT said they didn't have a solution and Makita said they don't offer a 12mm collet for their machine here in the US and they contacted CMT. I ended up returning the CMT stick and bought an Amana spoilerboard stick for double the price. It was possible to find a 12mm collet that was compatible with my router, but at the time it wasn't worth the trouble.
