I bought 3 pairs - XL size for my husband, 197 pounds, a bit big and long, L size might be perfect for him - M for me, size 5.3, 118 pounds, large and small long I tried my son size S, fits me perfectly - S for my son, he is 110lbs, too long but we just fold inside. They are very comfortable, I like the material, even if they are too big for us, it doesn't bother me at all. They are meant for family photos and would definitely recommend these comfy underwear for sleeping.
