I had an old favorite full keyboard timer that broke after 20 years of constant use. I tried replacing it with a cheap one with a few buttons to set everything up. It was difficult to figure out exactly how to switch between different functions, and tedious to set the time using just a few buttons to scroll through the numbers. This cheap one died after only 6 months. This one, on the other hand, is even better than my first timer. It has very clear buttons for switching between clock, interval timer and timer modes. It has large clear numbers to read. It's so easy to set clocks and timers with whole digits. The interval timer was a very special bonus that I find very handy for repetitive tasks that I want to recognize. I've only been using them for a few days so I don't know if they have the durability of my old watch, but so far they're working great.
