I really think the design of this pop filter is a pretty cool idea. It's not shaped like a traditional pop filter and might not impress the average non-musician that much lol, but you know what it WORKS? It does the job. And don't take up half the mic stand, lol. It blocks explosive noise and hiss just as well as old-school pop filters. Maybe better, especially up close. Take a look at that thing too. It appears that some research and development has been done with its metal mesh outer layer and thin foam liner. It seems a lot more advanced than someone's grandma's pantyhose pulled up on a hanger lol. So not only is it one of the cheapest pop filters out there, but it's also way cooler in my humble opinion. I'll definitely be ordering a few more. Also, my studio friends will be mad if I start giving them away lol.
