I bought this case for my MacBook Pro 13 inch 2020 A2289. To be honest I was a bit skeptical when I bought this product, but here are my experiences with it so far. The case installation process was 4 out of 5. I noticed that the faucet portion of the case was a little tricky to attach to the edges (bottom edges) that needed to be pressed. Then installing the screen protector was 3 out of 5. My screen protector had a spot in the middle (will look for another screen protector), installation is much more difficult than all screen protectors. However, the company does not provide dust removers or wipes, so you must provide your own. Otherwise everything was fine. My MacBook looks very nice and at least has some protection. Update: My case is going black (10/25/2020) Update: (10/26/2020) Immediately after submitting my review I was contacted by the company with instructions on what to do with my case if the proper cleaning method did not eliminate the black ones Period, then they will give me a new one. Luckily it didn't come to that and my suitcase is like new!
