I spent 5 minutes pumping this product out of the bottle but it didn't work. This is a super thick formula, way too thick. I opened the cap of the bottle and tried to squeeze the ladle out but the bottle is too hard (and slippery in the shower) to use, I added some water (again in the shower) to dilute it but it didn't help. didn't mix well and when I used the pump only water came out. I was originally sold a thick, rich conditioner, but it's too thick to use.
