I bought this because it has the same print as my crib sheets and swaddle cover. Of course I should have known what I was getting as both changing pads already have holes in them. But I tried anyway. What to Expect: Muslin fabric is usually very smooth and stiff, but will soften with washing. It was a bit swollen when I received it, suggesting it was either prewashed or someone had washed it and sent it back. It's okay, the more times you wash, the plumper and softer it gets. So I didn't mind. However, I noticed that the fabric is a bit loose. They seem to have pulled a few threads through every square inch and it shows. It's a nice size for swaddling, light weight which is good for warm weather but definitely not as much thread and quality as some of the other muslin blankets I've bought or received as gifts.
