price, packaging and fast delivery are good; However, I am giving 4 stars because the needles were only one size, there were no metal needle threaders anywhere, and the plieye scissors and thread remover were cheap unbranded plastic that was different than what was advertised. The thread is complete and has many colors - it is difficult to assess the quality as I have just received it. All in all - you're still getting quite a bit for the price and still a good option IF they fixed the issues we've identified. **Update*** The threads are great, I found the silver needle threaders so I'm done. I partially finished my first embroidery - not perfect 👌 good thing this is my first.
