I use a hair dryer almost every day and since I have curly hair I use both a diffuser and a concentrator for styling, this is an exceptionally beautiful hair dryer, if that's important to you (I don't care) and he's good at his job. I have no idea if it actually releases micro-conditioner as advertised, and since I already use conditioners and styling products it's probably impossible to tell. But my hair came out fine every time I used it. A couple of small points - it's a bit heavy, bigger and bulkier than the hair dryer I've been using for a couple of years. Also, my regular dryer has continuous speed and temperature settings, while everyone has three. There's nothing wrong with the settings, but I'm used to finer settings on my other dryer. However, this does not violate the terms of the contract. This is a really good hair dryer and I was very happy with the results when I used it.
