Best shoes for flat feet

Recently started CrossFit and was dying to have special training shoes (which I understand are necessary for the sport). I've never been a fan of Nike because of the flat feet, but I really wanted to compare them to the Reebok Nanos, so I tried both on at my local running store. I was surprised to see how comfortable the Minumus Prevail was compared to the Nanos, which still arched too much for me. I usually wear Clark and Keds wide boots, but the regular width fits me perfectly. Stability is much better than in my tennis shoes, but after running or skipping I have pain - not sure if it's the shoes or my flat feet so I'll look into orthotics. - 1 star for the above. mentioned pain and laces that have to be double knotted to stay tied.

Pros
  • Athletic
Cons
  • Almost never
