Tried them and they work great. They are long enough that you can use two lengths of wick depending on the vessel. Small metal holders for wicks were included in the kit especially for this. I put the wick through the metal hole and squeeze the wick. You can use a jewelry crimping tool or pliers very gently to crimp the wick into the additional metal mounts. I haven't had any quality issues, they are fantastic. This is a back order.
