Fits 2003 Z4 without steering wheel controls. I had PITA remove the vent above the radio. First, carefully watch a few different YouTube videos. Connecting to the radio was very easy. "AUX" in the radio is now a Bluetooth. I've tried a Bluetooth FM transmitter before and it's much better. Audio quality from the Bluetooth once installed was quite thin and tinny compared to both the radio and CD player. The factory bass and treble controls helped a little, but not enough. I downloaded the sound equalizer app (WAVELET) to my phone and was able to adjust the sound much closer to my preferences. Very satisfied.
