Review on JBL T100TWS wireless headphones, black by Jagat Buana ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

A number of people experienced the same issue, which manifested itself even before the initial connection to the phone: the left earpiece did not connect to the right earpiece. There is not a single word about manual synchronization anywhere in the instructions, and there is not a single word about it on the offsite either. I emailed JBL customer care, and in response, they emailed me a list of service centers (of which there is exactly one in Hong Kong, and, according to all of the reviews, go there - just spoil my nerves), but they didn't say anything more. When even in the official support they don't know how to solve a widespread problem with their own product and for any questions they send it to a service center, where they will keep you for a month - this is not funny. This is not funny. I tried every method that is used for the C100TWS and other models that are comparable to it, but I was unsuccessful. I wasted three evenings doing dances with a tambourine that were very similar to those dances. I read it on Amazon and here, how many people still cannot solve this problem and stupidly hand over the headphones under warranty or return them to the supplier, and I had already believed that it was really a marriage and I would have to do the same thing as those people. In the questions that were asked about the product that is currently available on the market, I discovered that someone had solved the issue by placing the headphones inside the case and rapidly pressing the button on both at the same time for a total of five times after first detaching the headphones from the phone. The first time I tried it, it was unsuccessful; but, after I realized that both headphones were flashing white inside the case, I was able to get them to function together as a pair. Despite this, the silt was still present, and given the level of technical support and instructions provided by JBL, their products will never again be purchased.

Pros
  • Considering the cost, the functionality is really nice.
Cons
  • I was hoping for a better sound quality; the wired earbuds made by Sony that came with the phone deliver a better audio experience. Yet the biggest strike against JBL is the company's attitude toward its own product. Additional information can be found in the remark.
