Good product for me, no problems at all.

With its positives being:
This is the best thermos cup I've ever used because it allows you to sip from any angle, which is quite useful.
Even if the button-valve is left open, the temperature does not drop very quickly.
Contains drawbacks: I did not like that there is no minimum amount of packaging required. The cup was covered in dust when it arrived; it's a good thing I bought red rather than white. In theory, everything was cleaned up, yet in spite of this
