UODATE - If you leave a bad review, get ready to be contacted again and again by this company. In the review below I said I would update and this company emailed me twice. When I didn't reply or update the information, they texted me on my cell phone, to my personal number, after everyone had already gone to bed for the night. Having an elderly mother, in an emergency I don't turn off my phone or leave it on continuous until I wake up. Also, I just got home from the ER and was exhausted. I blocked their number and didn't reply or update. Then they emailed me again a week later. The new drone performs better than the first, although sometimes it doesn't respond to the controller. It's still not perfect. But I am not increasing my stars due to repeated attempts to contact me to force me to change my rating. (They kept asking me if I received the drone but I don't believe it. They have tracking. They could see I had it. They just wanted me to change the rating.) Especially the texting late in the My private cell phone at night. ORIGINAL TESTING. We got this for my son's birthday on a Wednesday night. On Thursday evening, the charger stopped working. When he plugged it in, the charge indicator didn't light up and the drone wouldn't recharge. It was a great toy and a lot of fun and everyone was very, very, very disappointed that it stopped working so quickly. Replacement is on the way. I hope our first one just broke by accident and the next one will work beautifully and last a long time. If for some reason this is the case I will update her review.
