To be honest, my dog (German shepherd) has never seen a balloon. because I thought it would be funny to see her reaction to the balloon. Balloon #1 - Took an asthmatic me *forever* to detonate because the mouthpiece is much larger than a standard sized balloon mouthpiece. So I would blow air into it and it would just *whistle* out of the part of the mouthpiece I couldn't cover with my lips (and there were plenty of those). The dog saw this, "bowed playfully" to her, barked at her, and then playfully pinched her. It burst on impact (not surprising - it's still a balloon). Balloon #2 - This time I got smarter and decided to use my fitness ball's hand pump to inflate the balloon. It was difficult because I had to wrap the mouthpiece around the pump and it was difficult to hold it properly so the air wouldn't whistle out. I was fine for a while, but then I realized there was a hole. Balloon number 3. This was detonated with a hand pump but it required a lot of precision on my part.
