This is the best product for breastfeeding (I've been pumping) and I recommend it all the time. This massager is amazing and has been an absolute lifesaver in preventing mastitis by helping me get rid of blockages. I didn't feel much at the very beginning of my trip, but once I started pumping only the pump, the pump wasn't always pumping everything out and I was much more prone to clogging. The first time I had it I thought I was going to die (it hurt terribly and I didn't even know what was happening to me) and swore I would be ready for the next time. I looked at LaVie products and immediately bought this massager. I started using it daily for all my pumping sessions. It has multiple vibration settings that you can switch between. It usually lasts 2-3 sessions before needing to be recharged (and my pumping sessions were very LONG due to slow discharges). I always had it with me, especially when I needed to pump the pump out of the house. Whenever I had a blockage, I would use one of the vibration settings to massage the area. You can also use this in the SOUL. What's the coolest. I thought I would ruin it but no, it's waterproof. And a hot shower combined with this massager has always been a great way for me to relive blockages. I just can't get enough of this massager. This kit comes with a new tincture and only time will tell if it really helps me to prevent clogging and improve flow. I'm always skeptical of them, but I love this set, why don't you try it? This is an interesting combination of herbs that I would never have thought of. I take sunflower lecithin daily, but I'm open to anything to prevent constipation because it's becoming a weekly thing for me, especially when weaning. TRY IT. You will not regret it. They also have warming massagers which I love too but if I had to choose between this and that I would 100% choose this one!
