Ok so this are a must have item if you do wood work at home, this 2" extensions are OK for working in 1" boards pocket holes which is the main use I have bought these for.These extensions helped me to put together the water table from my picture on this review, on this table I put 1" boards with self-drilling screws on pocket holes.However, the 2" extensions seem to be on the edge with working 1" boards you can see from one of my pictures I show the 2" extension on my impact drill and is too close to the work piece.At the time I bought these only the 2" extension were available, I now see that they offer 3.5" extensions. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars review, but overall the 2" will work fine on 1" boards pocket holes. So, if I were you, I would get the 3.5" over the 2" for extra clearance room.
