Bought for a friend after she came home to give birth to her first child. Helped a lot with healing and recommended by hospital staff. She soaks 3-4 times a day and it has had a huge impact on her recovery. The only thing I noticed is that there is no indication of how much to use. She used 1/2 cup per inch of hot water.
