I wanted some of these little containers for school lunches and other sundries. I've looked at a lot of reviews, but I still found it a bit difficult to give the actual size. They sell them in ounces but I have no idea what size they are. I wanted the ones that were the size of the jelly cups they sell in the store. I made an educated guess and settled on the 5.5 oz. You were great! I've attached a photo so you can see the size compared to a standard jelly cup. (Sorry about the weird ruler! Haha!) I made a box of sugar free jelly and it filled 4 of them perfectly. So 1/2 cup. They are also a good size for storing other groceries. A hard-boiled egg also goes well with this, so expect things like carrots or goldfish crackers to last about a serving. I didn't microwave mine, I don't think they are made for that purpose.
