I paid dearly for this model expecting a quality chopper. Worst of all, the engine sounds like an airplane engine. So you can't do anything else while you're grinding. He's very unstable, when I take out the bin he wants to fall over. He keeps stopping grinding and says he's full. But when you open the trash can, it's barely half full. I have to keep opening the trash can and moving the pieces around to keep it going. I should have read and believed the previous reviews. Spend your money on the best brand.
