Bought for my Nikon D3300 so I can watch videos from my laptop (tent mode and facing me) while I record them. Works like a charm and I no longer have to record multiple times because I went out of frame without realizing it! I can also use it to preview photos I've taken on my laptop (again for selfies). I've had my first one for a few months and had no problems and have just ordered another one as I managed to lose the first one on my last trip. .
