The ability of using it in various ways, including but not limited too - Web interface which allows one-click integration into your CRM tool; Mobile app that offers quick access from anywhere around world! Not much as per my knowledge at this time so far I have no issue or dislike about any part here yet :) You can use both desktop version & also available online via browser (mobile friendly) without downloading anything else other than just an account login credentials you need when logged out! This has been really helpful while working remotely where there are times being away physically with colleagues/colleagues who might be offsite /offline etc., It's always good if we could share our files even during those days offline!! So easy way through sharing folders between two users!! Just few clicks away now all team members having their own folder structure within shared drive instead keeping everything separate would make us more.
