The support from our contact person Hanna was great! She always answered my questions quickly, even though I had many issues with her system at times (e-mail notifications not received for over 24 hours). Our first assessment took place just before we were supposed to start work; however as soon as it came time to move forward things started falling apart - they failed several tests that required them to be done online or by phone rather than face-to-face interviews which meant no one knew what their level would actually entail until later when you could only do so much through e-mails etc instead of being there yourself. We didn't get any feedback about how good/bad this experience may have been given all parties involved where very unhelpful throughout most stages despite multiple attempts made via emailing / calling us back repeatedly. There is nothing positive i can say here because everything went wrong for me.
